How is this different from an MSP?
MSPs handle daily support—tickets, helpdesk, break-fix. I focus on strategic operations—infrastructure planning, vendor management, and IT projects. Think of me as your IT operations manager who works with your MSP.
Do you work onsite or remote?
Primarily remote, but I can come onsite in the Dallas/Fort Worth area when needed for infrastructure assessments, major projects, or team meetings. Onsite visits are included in all retainer packages.
What if I need more or less hours?
We can adjust your tier anytime. If you need extra hours for a big project, we can add them temporarily. If things slow down, we can reduce hours. Total flexibility.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week. We'll have an initial call to understand your needs, then I'll jump in with an infrastructure assessment and priority recommendations.
Do you require contracts?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month for all retainer packages. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Project-based work is scoped and priced upfront.
